At Ghonor, much of our daily work revolves around aluminum profiles, product details, production processes, quality, and customer requirements.
But behind every product is a team of real people.
Last Friday, we stepped away from our usual work for an afternoon of hands-on experiences. Some colleagues tried pottery making, while others explored silver ring crafting and perfume blending.
Different activities, but each offered a small reminder of something we experience at work every day.
Patience, Details and a Helping Hand
Working with clay was more challenging than it first appeared.
Too much pressure could change the shape. Too little control, and the piece might not develop as intended.
The experience reminded us that good results often require patience and adjustment — something that also applies to product development, manufacturing, and customer projects.
One of our favorite moments was seeing colleagues naturally help each other.
Sharing a technique.
Holding a piece steady.
Or simply encouraging someone to try again.
No meeting or presentation was needed. It was simply teamwork in its most natural form.
Silver ring making offered another lesson: small details matter.
A minor adjustment, careful polishing, or an extra step could change the final result.
For a manufacturer of decorative aluminum profiles, this idea feels familiar.
Behind a finished product are many details that customers may never see directly — from material and dimensions to surface finishing, color consistency, quality inspection, and packaging.
We believe professionalism is often reflected in how seriously we take these small details.

Different Ideas, Different Results
Perfume blending brought a different kind of creativity.
There was no single "correct" formula. Everyone experimented with different combinations and created something unique.
That is also how we approach many customer projects.
Different markets, applications, finishes, and requirements often need different solutions. Whether it involves decorative aluminum profiles or other customized building materials, understanding the real requirement is always the starting point.

The People Behind the Products
For us, team building is not simply about taking a break from work.
It is an opportunity to know each other beyond job titles and to build stronger connections between the people who work together every day.
Because when customers work with Ghonor, they are not really working with an abstract company.
They are working with people.
People who communicate, solve problems, pay attention to details, and support one another when challenges arise.
Machines and processes are essential for manufacturing quality products.
But patience, responsibility, communication, and care still come from people.
Our afternoon of pottery, silver ring making, and perfume blending was a small break from the usual routine.
More importantly, it was a reminder that building better products and better customer experiences starts with building a team that works well together.
