At Ghonor, much of our daily work revolves around aluminum profiles, product details, production processes, quality, and customer requirements.

Last Friday, we stepped away from our usual work for an afternoon of hands-on experiences. Some colleagues tried pottery making, while others explored silver ring crafting and perfume blending.

Different activities, but each offered a small reminder of something we experience at work every day.

Patience, Details and a Helping Hand

Working with clay was more challenging than it first appeared.

Too much pressure could change the shape. Too little control, and the piece might not develop as intended.

The experience reminded us that good results often require patience and adjustment — something that also applies to product development, manufacturing, and customer projects.

One of our favorite moments was seeing colleagues naturally help each other.

Sharing a technique.

Holding a piece steady.

Or simply encouraging someone to try again.

No meeting or presentation was needed. It was simply teamwork in its most natural form.
