Our Client Repeat Order Reaches 30,000 Pieces and Over USD 100,000

In this May 2026, Client I, one of our long-term customer from Asia, placed a repeat order for two 20GP containers of aluminum picture frame profiles with Ghonor. The order covered around 30,000 pieces, and a final confirmed value exceeding USD 100,000.

Compared with the same period last year, the Client I’s purchasing activity has grown significantly. Last year, most of Client I’s orders were scattered and repeat purchases were relatively infrequent. This year, the customer’s purchasing continuity has become noticeably stronger, reflecting growing confidence in our products, production support, and service.

We have also received several new inquiries from Client I. Based on the customer’s market needs, we are currently evaluating and developing potential new products to support future cooperation and expand the customer’s purchasing range.

Our Client Repeat Order Reaches 30,000 Pieces and Over USD 100,000

From Scattered Orders to Repeat Cooperation

Most of the Aluminum Sectional Picture Frames in the May order were existing models that the customer had purchased before. Repeat orders of this scale require more than production capacity. They also require accurate product-status management, especially when products involve customized colors or specific surface-treatment processes.

During the order review, we found that one requested finish, Brushed Gunmetal, could no longer be produced. The dedicated anodizing color tank for this finish had been decommissioned and was no longer available for production.

However, this product-status change had not been communicated to the sales department in time. As a result, Client I placed the order before being informed that the Brushed Gunmetal finish was unavailable. This individual item later had to be cancelled.

The issue involved only one product within the overall order, but it created an avoidable communication risk. It also reminded us that a product previously supplied may not always remain available in exactly the same form. Color tanks, molds, surface-treatment resources, materials, and production conditions can change over time.

Strengthening Internal Coordination

This experience highlighted the importance of timely communication between production and sales.

When a color tank, mold, surface-treatment resource, or other key production condition becomes unavailable, the factory should immediately notify the sales team. The sales team can then update product information, inform the customer, and discuss alternatives before quotation or order confirmation.

This process helps reduce the risk of:

  • Quoting products that are no longer available.

  • Confirming an order before production feasibility is checked.

  • Cancelling items after the customer has placed an order.

  • Creating delays through late internal communication.

  • Affecting customer confidence in long-term cooperation.

For customers, reliable service is not only about the ability to manufacture large quantities. It also means receiving accurate information before making a purchasing decision.

At Ghonor, we are strengthening our internal product-status management and improving coordination between production and sales. Our goal is to help customers purchase with greater confidence, reduce avoidable supply risks, and ensure that product information remains accurate throughout the order process.

Developing Future Cooperation

The May repeat order demonstrates the positive development of our cooperation with Client I. Compared with last year’s scattered purchasing pattern, the customer has shown stronger purchasing continuity this year.

The order also provides a foundation for further cooperation. We are currently evaluating and developing potential new products based on Client I’s market needs, with the aim of expanding the product range and increasing future purchasing opportunities.

For a manufacturer, production strength is not measured only by the ability to complete a large order. It also includes the ability to manage repeat orders, identify product risks, coordinate different departments, respond responsibly when conditions change, and improve internal systems afterward.

This case reflects both the strength and the responsibility behind long-term manufacturing cooperation. At Ghonor, we will continue improving our products, production capabilities, and internal communication so that customers can rely on us for more stable and transparent supply support.
